SafiLeo Brands Return Policy
At SafiLeo Brands, we strive to ensure that you receive high-quality products that meet your expectations. Our return policy is designed to provide a seamless and fair process for returns and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns You may return your item if:
- You received the wrong item (different from what was ordered).
- The package arrived with missing accessories.
- The product is faulty or defective upon delivery.
- There is a quality or functionality issue that can be detected upon use.
- The product arrived damaged due to reasons other than mishandling by the final recipient.
If you change your mind about a product, you can return it within 5 days for store credit, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original packaging and resalable condition.
- The product seal remains intact.
- The item is returned with all accompanying accessories and any free gifts (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase (receipt or delivery note) is provided.
2. Return Window and Process
- General Returns: Items eligible for return must be sent back within 5 calendar days of delivery.
- Refurbished Devices (Laptops, Phones, Tablets, and Smartwatches): These can be returned within 5 days if they remain undamaged and unchanged.
- Accessories & Spare Parts: Can be returned within 48 hours, provided the packaging has not been opened or tampered with.
All returned items must be inspected before a refund or replacement is processed. If a replacement is required due to defects or incorrect delivery, SafiLeo Brands will bear the delivery costs.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Hygiene-sensitive products such as personal care items (shavers, clippers, epilators, etc.).
- Baby care products (feeding bottles, teats, bibs, protectors, etc.).
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and newspapers.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Opened or used products that do not meet the return criteria.
4. Warranty Policy Goods under warranty are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the warranty documents included with the product. Some brands may require direct engagement for warranty claims.
